We are conveniently located just off I-675 in the southwest corner of the Valle Greene Office Center – right across from the Fairborn Community Park. The nearest cross street is Park Hills Road.
Our regular office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 4 pm.
The office is closed for lunch 12 pm - 1 pm each day.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT!
Urgent problems should be brought to the attention of your primary care provider.
Nonemergency questions regarding your integrative therapy, including medical marijuana treatment, should be brought to the attention of your integrative medicine specialist at InteCare Medical Clinic, by way of email via the HIPAA-compliant patient portal.
If you have an urgent medical need after hours, contact your primary care provider. We are now accepting Medicare. If we do not accept your insurance, our valuable services offered at InteCare Medical Clinic will be considered self-pay and out-of-network. However, we can provide you with a “superbill” suitable for you to submit to your insurance company upon request; it will list your diagnosis only and not your treatment plan.
A valid credit or debit card is required to pay for your office visit. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.

Referrals are not required.
If you have insurance that requires referrals, you should ask your primary care provider to provide you one. However, please note that our office does not accept insurance.
Your medical records should be sent to InteCare Medical Clinic as far in advance of your appointment as possible. We must have your records supporting your diagnosis of your qualifying condition in order to apply for your medical marijuana registration card. Your registration will be delayed without these records.
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of InteCare Medical Clinic are routinely issued during our regular office hours. You can make your request by calling our office at (937) 874-5766.
No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctor does not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
