The valuable services offered at InteCare Medical Clinic are not typically covered by health insurers. Our services are self-pay and generally considered out-of-network. Upon request, we can provide you with a “superbill” suitable for you to submit to your insurance company; it will list your diagnosis only and not your treatment plan.
You will need a valid credit or debit card to pay for your office visit. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.

Referrals are not required at InteCare Medical Clinic.
If your insurance requires a referral, your primary care provider should be able to provide you with one. Please note, however, that our office does not accept insurance.
It is critical that your medical records be sent to InteCare Medical Clinic as far in advance of your appointment as possible. We require receipt of records supporting the diagnosis of your qualifying condition in order to apply for your medical marijuana registration card. Without the proper records, your registration will be delayed.
Established patients of InteCare Medical Clinic can receive prescriptions and refills during our regular office hours. Call our office at (937) 874-5766 to make your request.
We are unable to issue refills during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctor does not have access to your medical records during those times. Please anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
